Dont not experience Hot water its just warm . Spray jet at commode having too much pressure . Bathroom doesn't have a bath slide Door all the bathroom is getting wet. Very slow response form room service . Has to wait in bathroom for 15 min just to get towels. Not expected this type of service when we paid for 4* and 5* Hotel price .

The hotel wasn't upto the mark the sofa weren't clean. Sink was getting blocked again and again.It wasn't worth paying 4k for a night. please rethink before booking.

I have stayed for 2 days and booked premium two bed room. Room is neat, washrooms are clean and hygiene. Maintenance is good and staff was also good. They don't know about sideseeings or any other info but whatever help u need about room r food at any time their response is good. Regarding breakfast I suggest u go for complimentary as breaskfast and lunch was awesome and delicious but rates are bit high.U can get food through Swiggy as well. food is okay. rooms are okay. hospitality is ok. location is ok. neatness not ok. house keeping and maintenance to be improved much. hot water geyser is very small capacity, enough quantity hot water not coming and in sufficient. covered parking is ok. restrooms neatness and maintenance is to be improved. service enquiries immediately responding. sofa and bed neatness not upto the satisfaction. I can give 3.5 star rating. R Varadharajan aged 71 and wife Rajalakshmi aged 66 stayed 2 nights.
