when we go there it was as same as pictures and. clean and neat but the lodge is on the first floor and there is no lifts so thats the only con we faced

The property was undergoing renovation at the time of our stay. All the accompanying discomforts are understandable but the infuriating fact is that the service personnel were arrogant and not one bit helpful. No soaps or towels were provided and for the morning tea, we had to literally beg. Their attitude was 'we don't care'.

Rooms were unclean. No towels, nothing provided by the hotel.
Management was unsure about the cleanliness of the rooms.
Only good thing about this is it was in the centre of the town and everything was accessible easily.
Need to improve the quality of rooms doesn't matter if you charge more.

give me the option to give zero stars. It was pathetic hotel. the reception of the hotel is u attending while checking in. They told no room is empty, and we waited for 2 hours to check into the room.The room was stinking with a foul smell most of the morning, the washroom are not clean and stinking, what service you provide by taking 1642 rs for 2 nights. pathetic!

I have booked 3 rooms in advance and we went at 9'0 clock at night but they said the rooms r fill and can give us only 2 rooms. later they gave us the resort accom which is good...but if this happens during season then it would be very tough..

Bed quality is to be improved. Drinking water & bath towels not provided.
Location is very good and all other aspects are okay for the payment made.

Only the reception area is good.No towel, no drinking water was provided. rooms was stinking all time. washroom was too small. linen was dirty smelly. Unsatisfied.

Hotel rooms are big.it worth the money in terms of big rooms but they have to really concentrate on the maintenance of the rooms.some rooms are stinky because of the beds.In kannada we call it as muggalu vasane..it was exactly like that.Apart from that it was ok for that money..
