The room which they have given is not at all in good condition. The floor was dirty, there was live wires hanging in the room. Also, there was a big rat 🐀 in the room. Location wise it is a good hotel situated in a gated sector. The food taste is also good. Just check the room once before check-in.

I am giving an average rating only because of the cleanliness, which needs attention. The rooms are not dusted properly, there are cockroaches moving around in the bathroom and in the tv cabinet. Cupboards also need to be cleaned and the balconies are not kept properly.

I recently stayed at Stay@203 and had a great experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. Room provided was not the same as mentioned on the platform, it doesn't look like super delux room even, landline was also not working. No city view as mentioned in super delux room.
