Very bad experience. Hotel owner refused booking after several hotel give us room till 9.30 am , I hv paid booking amount in advance

Hotel is very nice and i have great stay.
Hotel staffs are very polite.
I advise. Please don’t book non refundable rent..I have check out 2 days before due to my official schedule change. But I didn’t get the 2 days charge refund.. So please don’t book any hotel if price showing non refundable..
