    Service to be improved and still to maintain pool. Indoor games closed at 8pm, which affected our kids too much as they planned to play after pool time.

    Stay was pleasant. Though there are few cons no river entry, no dedicated playing court for shuttle or cricket will have to play in the pathway.

    The resort is clean and very well maintained. There is a lot of greenery within the resort with water flowing inside the property. There are quite a few small activities to do inside the resort. The room and bathroom were quite small for a resort. But the rooms itself were very clean with comfortable beds and very effective air conditioning. The restaurant food tasted average but the service and attention was top class.

    Location of the property is too good. Spacious resiet with lot of activities. Food served in the restaurant was too good. Staffs were so supportive.

    Claimed as a 4 star Hotel, there’s nothing that justifies it. The rooms are average with basic restroom facilities. No good gym. Pool is not well maintained. Limited menu for the complimentary breakfast, mostly south Indian dishes. It is an old property with very poor maintenance. I feel it should be downgraded to a basic 3 star hotel unless they improve the facilities
