The owner refused to accept and honour ur confirmed booking!!
I had to give extra 800 RS to the owner

Based on my experience of staying for three days I can say, this is a very good hotel with proper maintenance, cleanness and service. At Nungambakkam this kind of room at very low cost is really appreciable. Location is very good.
