    awesome hospitality.. staffs are highly cooperative, specially Mr Ankush. we got everything what we asked for.. some of them should have been charged but the hotel didn't charge us anything.. it was a delightful stay for my family, especially for my kid.. thanks a lot Sterling Karwar..

    very nice experience, staff is well trained and extremely supportive. they take care of all your needs and request. they even gave a welcome drink and note which was a nice touch to the overall experience. restaurant is also good and serves good food. πŸ‘πŸ» refer the image of welcome note and the view from the room balcony. will recommend and plan to visit again. swimming pool is under maintenance and i was informed well in advance prior to my travel by the hotel staff. do check with them in advance as i was told it would take couple of weeks to resume swimming pool services
