This is probably North India's best property ❤️ Right from the receptionist and the check in process, everything was beyond expectations! Rooms are spacious and lavish, bed is super comfortable! Bathroom is quite well equipped and the toiletries are top quality! The airconditioner is perfect, furniture is very tastefully designed! Room service and house keeping staff Mr.Vikas Kumar is exceptional and brilliant 👍 Big thank you to the Sterling Palm Bliss team🙏

experience is not up to the mark , there are so many issues like1) hotel staff is unable to arrange cab from hotel to railway station 2) less option in break fast 3) toiletry items not available in the room

Location awesome, rooms awesome, property awesome, food quality good. Restaurant service pathetic. very very slow service at restaurant and during morning buffet....there was no place for accommodating all the guests. Guests either have to wait or have to take their breakfast at reception lounge area. I also waited for around half hour and then took my breakfast at reception waiting area. Also check in and check out process takes too much time. Otherwise stay was comfortable cozy. They need to improve a lot on Restaurant services.

Sterling Palm Bliss Rishikesh has electricity issue, major time of our stay lift was not working, multiple times of electricity issue, lack of experience staff mainly in room cleaning. We had not got that good experience at the resort.
