Price for classic room is very high without breakfast complementary. Highly disappointed 😞, you must reduce the price or add breakfast

I AM A REGULAR GUEST AT OTHER STERLING RESORT WHICH I STAYED ND ENJOYED. BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED YELAGIRI STERLING RESORT BY STAYING HERE. DIRTY SWIMMING POOL, MANY BROKEN TILES IN SWIMMING POOL. PLAY AREA IN VERY BAD SHAPE AND NO PROPER GAMES OR MAINTENANCE. ROOM DINNING TABLE DIRTY. NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR STAYING IN YELAGIRI STERLING. FOOD BUFFET TOO COLD. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. SPOILED THE MOOD ND TRIP. MY KIDS DIDN'T ENJOY. THEY WANT TO GO BACK HOME.

was a wonderful experience staying at yelagiri. my kids thoroughly enjoyed mainly the pool ambience kids play area park just a relaxing stay nice clean spacious hygienic rooms. staffs were polite. food was good had a nice spread . dessert alone was less
