The rooms are dirty. There is no cleanliness. Bathrooms are filthy. Service is terrible. Would absolutely not recommend.

Koi Sirvice nahi hey diner ho ya lunch har baar let let hota hey family ko pareshan karne ka jariya hey or kuch nahi please dont come anyone me and my all friends not happy agar staf sahi se Sirvice de to badhiya hotel hey baki couple or business k liye aapko think lage to jao

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Stone Wood Hotel. The room was poorly maintained with dirty towels and empty body wash bottles. The bathroom had issues as well with broken coomode fixtures. The food service was equally disappointing. The restaurant staff were inattentive, the food quality was poor, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. Overall, my stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. Given the poor room and terrible food experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely choose a different place next time.

Best resort to stay, we’ve stayed here with family. The view & scenery is outstanding & the resort is very quiet, calm & heart touching. Staff is very supportive , helpful & very polite. It was value of money, Must stay at Hotel Stone wood.
