Amenities were not as per the star rating. Help desk team & House keeping not supportive and not responded over the call. Little unhygienic restaurant also. not recommended at this terriff.

The staff was amazing for the first day i had their best room and even offered me complimentary dinner which was not part of package .. they were all very polite and generous. For the second day i asked to continue Even though they were sold out they shared with me the option of moving to the deluxe room as the base price and added complimentary breakfast for us. Definitely booking them for more days for my future booking in rishikesh .

the washroom was not up to our expectations. the key was not working properly, and the room service was horrible—it took them an hour to respond, even after calling 3-4 times for the same request. the food quality was below average, which was disappointing. overall, a seriously horrible experience at stone wood hotel—a complete waste of money and time.

no photos taken. food quality was very poor, there was total lack of cleanliness . their service standard is extremely poor. even room floors were sticky. it was smelling bad in the rooms. overall experience was not at all good. they need to improve a lot to attract the customers. also location was not proper for senior citizens.
