not at all advisable to book during summer, we visited on 29th march 2025, there is no ac, room is so hot you feel like staying in a heater, u cannot stay in the room during day time due to heat, no food service, u have to order from zomato or eat outside and come to the room, from main road it is around 2 km upward road which is complete off road, all stones, not good condition, but not worth at all, only the view is good, so u can capture good photos and video, but not a comfortable stay.

The stay was very comfortable. The caretaker was also very cooperative and the food was good. The view is mesmerizing and you can enjoy the calmness of the mountains along with a comfortable stay.

Excellent place to stay, Neat, Clean, Well designed, great Privacy & Staff.
The scenic views we get to see from the cottages is enchanting. Misty clouds with chilling wind, coffe estate with birds chirping. .. are great.
Worth visiting.

It looks good in photos only.
There are just 2 cottages with 1 double bed. The way to reach the stay is one way, however used for both, which is a big down side.
There is just 1 care-taker, who only understands Kannada. Rooms are ok in terms of size, but way too over priced. No options for food. Kitchen was not at all hygieneic.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this as an option to anyone unless this is the last option left.

Hello anirudh.You cant expect a two way highway in a coffee estate anywhere in the world :)
