for this pathetic service where there is no landline no running water, dirty room, wash basin, geyser is old and rusty, very bad experience and i made a fool out of myself booking this hotel.receptionist didnt listen to a word i said...

We didnt even stayed there. Very. Bad people's . Told our emergency situation in night 1am . Not even returning our money . First said we will now they denying . It was a genuine reason they now . Very unprofeessional . Never ever book them in advance. Dont give your hard earn money to them

Location - Exactly opp. Secretariat on the Highway, which is a plus.
Room - Decent size but bathroom was unclean. Also a cockroach died in our room.
With the price charged, it really could've been better.

The Staff were very nice and helpful. It is in the heart of the city,so easily accessible.I like the view from their rooftop restaurant.

location of the hotel is very good and was very easy to locate just near to Civil secretariate , staffs were very polite and was very helpfull service were very good will visit again soon

Room was ok, There was no sleeper in the room or washroom, Geezer not working, Cutted towelsOne more thing there was water coming from somewhere at the second bed so the floor was wet
