Room is not proper, room lock was not working proper bathroom lock also not working proper and my car got damage by hotel driver, after seeing in cctv footage then the manager accept his driver fault. I booked the two room's and second room also have same problem

Terrible experience @ restaurant service. Breakfast quantity and quality can't handle the hotel staff. it's NOT CUP OF THEIR TEA. general manager is irresponsible .. one and half hour waiting for breakfast, can't go out on time due to their miss management. poor experience
