this the second time i'm staying here. very professional and hassle free check-in. the rooms are well refurbished and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. will stay here if i come to silchar again.

i had booked a non-ac deluxe room with complimentary tea and cookies included. however, during checkout, i was unexpectedly charged for the same. when i refused to pay, the staff at the reception became loud and unprofessional. due to their behavior and being in a hurry, i had no choice but to pay, as they refused to let me leave the hotel premises otherwise

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is much better than expected for the budget, The room is very clean, and the staff is very cooperative. The only downside is that the food charges are a bit high, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I get the chance. 🤞😊
