Sugam Resort is located in an excellent location. It is very near Vandalur, which is located in a very calm place outside of the city. I was booked a suite room. The room and bathroom were both immaculate. But the balcony was not cleaned. Otherwise, it was fully covered with trees of greenery. The complementary breakfast was also good. Food is very bad. The reception guy is rude. Too many mosquitoes. Morning complimentary breakfast was below par.

Very Poor Experience
Very bad rooms, curtains not cover full window
Dirty linens and uncleaned bathroom
Rudely behaving property owner
Worst class of food and service

Good stay and enjoyed alot. Nice room service.Swimming pool and other indoor games are good.Inhouse restaurant food also tasty and reasonable price.But location is little far from main road.Within resort they have skatting and Tennis Training academy. Good. Perfect place for low budget. Good place to spend time with loved one
