We stayed there for 3 nights and every day we had to call after the room service for extra towels and water bottles as we were two people. The room service was also poor, they did not change the bedsheet/pillow cover/blanket cover. We also had a hot water issue on the last day as the MCB tripped and the boiler got off.

1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience_
I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel from 25.12.2024 to 26.12.2024. The bed services were subpar, but what was even more appalling was that they failed to provide us with the complimentary breakfast despite our repeated requests.
The receptionist was utterly unhelpful and unprofessional. He seemed completely disinterested in attending to our needs or listening to our concerns. His attitude was unacceptable and made our stay even more unpleasan ...more

I really enjoyed my stay at Sukoon prestige palace, the room was properly cleaned and spacious, plus point is good parking space which you don't get easily during Bhopal stay.

*property was new

*bathroom was also clean but some plumbing item was broken
*due to some leakage problem the room was always smelling bad
*we are 3 person to live in room but they are very hesitating to give three towel and to change on another day
