Pathetic experience.Worst staff.The doorlock of my room was not working and when we asked them to fix it,they came after almost four hours of the complaint and repeated requests.When we asked for water at housekeeping,it was given after almost an hour and that also after asking to 2-3 times

we stayed at this property for 2 days. our stay was great the resort is vast and the lake inside the resort is beautiful. the food was also tasty. overall it was very fun experience.

Experience is very good but I don't like their service We asked for a room with three beds but they provided us with a bedding instead of a bed. Even after we called them five or six times,they didn't respond properly.. But the staff members they are polite in behavior.. Overall is good experience 👌

poor management but room boy are very hard worker. shortage of crew due which all things get delayed and it impacted out tour, cleanliness is the big issue, restaurant design is very good but they can’t maintain it properly, ponds are full of green algae, rooms are not clean and have bad smell of suffocating. staff are very laborious. management need to understand the time value of tourist and arrange things on time. if you get into the restaurant,no one will come to ask you for order, you by yo ...more
