The hotel is good especially the staff of the hotel are very good and prompt. The hotel is in malvan bazar and near to malvan fort and sea also this hotel has its own hotel where the food is good.

Do not stay in this absolute dump of a hotel. I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is filthy bathroom , dirty linens , air conditioner that makes a sounds like a old truck , dirty utensils and broken furnitures , broken light fixings. Pretty sure m going to end up with some sort of rash due to sanitation conditions similar to the homeless beggars. In summary this hotel is complete hole and hotel loosely managed

The owner is helpful, the location of the hotel is good for accessing the beach and market.
Suggestion - improve on bathroom quality and essentials like bedsheets, blankets and towels.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Ravindra Patil is very helpful to all take care. Providing Bike for rent for 2days and reasonable rate. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sun N Sand Holiday Home. The restaurant is not in the hotel you have to order or go outside to eat.

The good part about Sun n Sand is that it is extremely well connected from all sides. Chivala Beach is at walkable distance, Malvan Beach is at the backside, Dandi Beach is walkable, Rock Garden and Ganesh Temple are at just either 1 or 2 km distance. Besides the room we have received was AC room. It was spacious for the family of 4. The staff person Sadanand and Kaka were very helpful.
