I choose this hotel for its location. It's 2-3 mins walk from Kasol's main market. But I had a bad experience regarding this hotel. I booked a silver room for two, but when we arrived, the Manager insisted us to take a gold room which was expensive. The silver room we got doesn't have a geyser (which is necessary as the temp was around 0-4 degrees; talking about 31st Dec, 2019 ), There was a tv which doesn't work. and the condition of the bathroom was unimaginable. The room & the washroom was untidy. Room heaters provided by the hotel were already broken. The broken heaters were barely warming us. I was feeling more warm outside the room. The wind was blowing inside the room through the gates. I am just glad we survived through this horrible hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Pros -
1. Proximity to Kasol market and famous cafes. All at walking distance from the hotel.
2. Room was spacious enough.
Cons -
1. Heaters were extremely ineffective in the cold weather, whereas we were charged additionally 300 per night for the same.
2. Hotel had only 2 staff for room service or to address any kind of problem. Expected better for the rates charged.
3. Accepted all payments only in cash and not via credit card, debit card or Google pay/Paytm.
4. No power backup/invertor facility given the frequent power cuts in the area.
5. Very average customer service.
