washrooms and bed sheets were dirty and rooms not in proper condition
there were no mention of ac non ac rooms and very awkward chekin time 12:00 noon.
usually it's on day start time not in mid
they charge undully to the customer

i don't have photo hotel is very poor in service. no television recharge. no sanitization, bedsheets are dirty and in this hotel not a single room is occupied by any customer from 23-02-2022 i saw from entry register.

Minus 1 stars! There's nothing Sundar about this so called palace! First of all, the management has not, in any way, updated the fact, that the entire property is still under renovation. Please refer the uploaded pictures for further details. The room is simply atrocious and revolting! There are footprints of labourers/hotel staff in the room, which is a clear indication of the room not been cleaned prior to giving it for a guest check in. The pillow covers and bed linen are used!
