hotel staff is very soft spoken n service is very good. room are good in this hotel the time of dinner was scheduled 10.30 pm but delay due to zam , restaurant staff got a dinner late night also

stay was horrible. old rooms with no facilities. too much for the amount that is being paid no room service. horrible breakfast. never recommend this stay.

The hotel was 10 minutes run from Library Bus Stand was in a silent place which was amazing. The food was terrific and the taste was amazing. Even if you don't have included food in your stay, the prices were reasonable and affordable compared to other restaurants.
The hotel itself is at beautiful location and the staff was always reachable. Kudos to the whole staff for making this hotel a lively place.
We loved the food and the proactiveness of the staff to be there for you whenever you call them. The hotel had one park at the terrace also which my children loved.

It is a very good hotel located a couple of km from mall road, but that is not an issue as hotel provides pick and drop service to mall road.
About the rooms:- Rooms very well neat, clean and well equipped. We were provided with room heater and heated electric blankets to keep us warm, a much needed thing.
Washroom was very well maintained. Hot water through geyser was blessing.
Hotel staff were very friendly and well mannered. They took good care of us throughout the stay. Very polite people ...more

its not 240 Sq ft room, only 120 sqft room, no terrace in executive room..wrong description given...all are unptofessional employee except Room sercice guy.., No Himaya View from Room..

Hotel location is perfect. Away from crowd of Mall road. Natural rejuvenation is guaranteed.
