Located just next to the main road.
A good option to stay with family or friends without spending too much. Rooms are cleans and the washrooms are good.
The staff is courteous and there are plenty of rooms in the property.
Proximity to the main bus station in sector 43 is a plus. There is a park next to the parking right in front of the property, for evening walks.
Convenience to stay for longer durations without overspending.

There was no cleaning in the hotel. Staff was extremely rude and they didn't even give us the keys for our room. There is no lift/elevator for going upstairs. The smell there was abhorrent and disgusting. Would not even recommend this to my enemies. In total, really bad experience.

Booked a deluxe AC room but they assigned a room with a cooler and fan nevertheless it's good for a overnight stay because of its easy to reach from ISBT 43
