But the stay was horrible, no soap no shampoo no parking kept my car in paid parking, no hot water on time

Rooms was very small without basic amenities, no shampoo,no electric kettle,no TV,no complementary drinks only one towel and supper small Emami soap provided.
Location was very far and isolated, difficult to find.No cabs available, one had to hire Scooty to roam around.
No HOSPITALITY by staff had to carry my own luggages till my room without any help very bad experience of my hotel stay.
Electricity shutdown on an off.
Rooms too expensive without basic facilities.
Not recommended at all.
Only good thing is that rooms are new and clean.
BAD EXPERIENCE.. NOT AT ALL HAPPY

The hotel is amazing. Its right in the centre of Rishinesh ( swarg ashram area ) . Places like Tapovan, Ram jhoola, Laxman jhoola, parmarth ashram, ganga ghats, Bhootnath temple, Beatles ashram are all at walkable distance. Its a little uphill and hence gives a beautiful hill vibe. The managers are amazing, staff is very helpful and assists with other facilities as well like arranging Adventure sport activities and rental vehicles ! Rooms are extremely luxurious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at the hotel, the staff is very polite and helpful and rooms clean and good. Is around 800m from Ram jhula. If coming via personal vehicle, do consider parking close to hotel moksha's parking space. Overall great experience!

One of the best Hotel in Rishikesh in Ram Jhula area (700-800 m from Ram Jhula). Polite staff at Reception, provided a smooth check in and check out. Ms. Anjali and Mr. Sachin at Receotion are very helpful and professional.

One of the best Hotel in Ram Jhula area (Jonk), its like 700-800 m from Ram Jhula. Neat and clean rooms. Ms Anjali at Reception deserves a special mention as She provided a smooth check in; polite and professional. Overall, fantastic stay.

I recommend everyone to stay at Sunrise Hotel. It was one of my best experiences at this place.
I stayed with family for two complete nights and had booked 2 rooms. (economy class)
The hotel is at a good location with great view and very friendly and supporting service staff.
The rooms & washrooms were well sanitized and cleaned including the bedsheets and the blankets they provided.

The hotel is located at a serene location, calm, peaceful and refreshing, things Rishikesh is specifically famous for. The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy and has a very premier ambience although background and surroundings give a distinct feel of being in countryside.
