when the room was booked...it was shown as complimentary tiffins are also arranged to us. but they are not arranged to us.before we are checking out of the room they are simply saying that" *you only have to ask us about the complimentary tiffin. otherwise we are not responsible for it* ". this is completely ridiculous response from their side.

1) The hot water geyser is too small, i think its not upto 1 ltr capacity.
2) There was slight earthing on tap as we need to keep it ON due to reason stated in point no.1
3) No towel or cloth hangers inside bathroom.
4) The bathroom door was in bad shape, unable to lock properly.
5) The buffet breakfast served was not hot or warm, except dosa.

It is a hotel with grand appearance. But the ambience inside the rooms are very poor. The rooms are well connected to each other to adjacent. The pin drop sound also audible to each other adjacent rooms. The rooms smelld badly.
I strongly recommend for rating of the hotel as "3"
This type of recommendation never expected from Goibo.

Rooms are smelling. when I asked management why you didn't make it clean, there reply was I have to ask them to make the room clean. Very rude management. Lack of good hotels nearby made them to behave like this, you can find better options with better fare. They just charge you like star hotel but management isn't like star hotel
