first of all the hotel was terrible due to the following reasons: 1. the entrance stunk with the smell of toilet every time we passed through the same. 2. the room was not clean as it cockroaches everywhere even in the wardrobe. 3. the bathroom was terrible and it was filthy and had cockroaches everywhere. 4. the hotel didn't even provide us with drinking water on daily basis. 5. the sheets of the bedand the towels were not changed on daily basis.

location is nice but hotel management have to take care of cleaness at hotel entrance & staircase as well as 🪳 running in rooms. Staff is good. only cleaning issues is there.

Hotel is near Maninagar station, overall a descentish stay, they need to fix some issues related to cleanliness like clean bedsheets, pillow covers, proper floor cleaning, repair leakages of taps, flush and washbasin discharge, staff and service is descent, turned on the geyser but didn't get the hot water in shower, other things worked as expected. lots of noise from outside due to nearby road, railway station and construction activities. Overall room is good, comfortable bed, tv, ac, fan all working as expected.

The hotel was having very poor quality of service Had no power back up in case of power cut Yesterday since 3 pm there was no electricity There was no water in washrooms since afternoon Even they had no drinking water Though it was raining a lot in Ahmedabad yesterday, We had to check out at 8 pm and search for another hotel due to the worst service they has provided us

pros: we arrived late from airport and they allowed to check-in at 1am. cons: bathroom was stinking, not cleaned at all. toilet was not less than public toilet. dirty room. somehow we managed night stay. morning without using washroom, checked out. not recommended to book
