The stairs of Sunshine Hotel had not been cleaned for the last 6 months and all the electrical plugs were loose, none of them were in working condition.The room that was shown in the photo of the room on the site earlier was not the same as the Sunshine Hotel room. It was a very small and dirty room.I wanted to cancel the room but there was no option to cancel

Worst experience ever ac was not working as it was old and broken,switch board was not in working condition that too broken unable to charge my phone,Dirty walls with damp,no privacy as there was a small window inside the room above the bathroom anyone can see inside. the room from outside the room it was just covered with a cloth

We had to cancel our booking and I want refund of atleast some amount of the total because the hotel was not at all good, the staff was rude, there were no facilities and the location was also not good.

Terrible hotel with not a single tap working smoothly. leakages everywhere in washroom. stains on wall of room and too much conjusted space. need to change the behaviour of hotel staff as well as they keep waiting you and rooms are very noisy
