Key Issues: The hotel switched your booking to another property without prior proper consent. The alternate hotel was not up to standard: Rooms had a bad odor. Beds were not clean and uncomfortable. Basic amenities like water bottles, shoes, and towels were not provided.

hotel is average, caretaker called me to confirm my booking,and shared location also guided my taxi by speaking to the driver.As you will not find the location of hotel on Google map so this is very much important. after checking in I found many small mail hairs on bedsheet so I complained and requested to change the bedsheet but he (caretaker) denied. location is not that much good as there is no such market/shop which fulfilles your daily needs. Hotel is small but rooms are very cozy. Bathrooms are clean which is really good. The only request is to have facility for some internal supply of tea/coffee, snacks etc

Room and bathroom were clean. Linen on the bed is old and stains observed. Towels and soap were provided only on request.
