cigarette smell was der in room..n d floor pen was keep on ringing from 5:30 am..nd it disturbed our sleep,,n it's near to a pvt bus stand whole night sound of loading and unloading...room was clean,,but smell only problem..hot water is not available for 24 hour...not near to d main road..

I faced lot of difficulty in checking in... i reached bangalore on 1st feb at 2am by flight...at hotel I was told check in time is 12 noon... but goibibo website didn't mention time of check in... wen contacted customer care they didn't give proper information n just told hotel policy nothing can be done..later had to argue with hotel after which they let me check in.. absolute no help from goibibo Cust care... confirm check in time n booking with hotel prior only....

it was good...excellent stay in that hotel...very well maintained...as per me this is one of the best hotel that i stayed in...very nice services...and very well located...in the heart of the city...food quality was very fine...good for family because everything is nearby the hotel..very cooperative staff...and helpful too...
