It’s a mini resort run by local people. The hospitality is excellent. Staff is welcoming and cordial. The resort is peaceful with beautiful garden and valley view. Only negative was the rural location of the property Which makes you dependent on the hotel for transport if you don’t have your own vehicle.

Food, amenities everything is amazing. Only issue was getting in and getting out, as the way to the resort is a tough one, specially the last half kilometer. Staff was very disciplined and helpful. Great place to go for a weekend or short vacation with family. comfortable rooms and facilities, place to roam around and gardens and flowers and birds to watch. Greay for a day or two stay.

this was an awesome and unforgettable stay experience. the resort was like a heaven stay with such beautiful landscaping, cleanliness and all around beautiful flowers and greenery. the rooms were large, clean and the the sight of tea gardens, the beautiful hills and the clouds coming down was breathtaking. the food was awesome, the taste was so homely. the staff was courteous beyond words and went out of their way to pamper you and make your stay comfortable beyond description. overall, it was w ...more

We stayed at Sunvalley for three nights. We drove our car. Property is away from the main town and it is difficult to reach given the narrow lane. Rooms are good , non AC, only problem is the bathroom entrance where both of us hit our feet several times. Excellent tea plantation, greenery, flowers. Lovely ambiance and valley view. However, the dinner buffet does not have sufficient variety. Breakfast again does not have sufficient fruits and juices. Overall an Ok experience.
