breakfast and lunch inclusion they straightway refused stating the info is wrong. no electric backup for geyser or AC, impolite and rude behavior and will certainly ruin your holiday.

Experience was not that good, they start hitting your door hard at 10:50 they will keep hitting it whether you ask them dont, i personally found it quite rude from their side. they are very very very strict at checkout timings, they need to understand that there can he some problem or something that things getting delayed.. and AC was not powerful in the room as well. washroom and walls are quite good. but AC need to improve.

The hotel where it is located is a decent area.. While checking in they asked for my ID i gave mine, I told them my package included complimentary breakfast and even showed them in my booking . they made no effort whatsoever to correct the issue.My mother was really tired so we went to room The room already had a packaged water bottle in the room. But it wasn't sealed or anything .It was like they took the bottle poured the water and put them the fridge and served it to us. Tired didn't think w ...more

The stay here was very pleasant , room was nice and clean, staffs were well behave and helpful. For security they had installed cctv all around the hotel.
