Management miss behaviour, we are booking 3 persons but property management, didnot given extra bad.
it is worrest.
we are booking including break fast, but management said, here not available breakfast.
Management said you ask the go ibbio people.
In this case please return my amount and room also very narrow.
we are faced a lot issues while room check in.
please return my breakfast amount also

the entire experience was horrible. we reached the hotel and realized there was no breakfast even when i had booked room with breakfast and the person at the reception was plain rude about it. then we reached the room, no water bottles, tv remote had no batteries and to top it all the bed had a lot of bedbugs. we complained and got an earful from the staff saying they have no other rooms and we need to move out if we don’t like. we had travelled close to 850 kms on a road trip with my son having severe cough and mild fever had to move out around midnight and moved to a diff hotel
