worst hotel stay, the reception guy doesnt speak any language except hindi and didnt even know how to check for guests details on his cell phone app to check in the guest. i had to help him search for my name in his mobile app!
zero customer service, they don't even provide drinking water. only 2 useless and rude staff in the hotel and both of them are always busy browsing their cell phones. room doesn't have proper cupboard with hangers to hang clothes.
location is convenient to travel to other places in the city, thats the only positive point for this hotel. better to avoid !!

Cleanliness is important to us, and this hotel did not disappoint. The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean, and the common areas were well-maintained. The hotel felt fresh and hygienic, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel gave me a very nice room and the staff assistance was commendable. Very impressed. I have rated the place 5 star and I did not find any issue througout.
