Hotel location easily accessible. But it's an average hotel now. the building is not maintained neatly. Some of the rooms are very ugly. They have provided a local room firstly and on my concern they changed my room. If the Hotel maintained properly the customers feels better. I suggest renovation is better to get good customers and growth of the hotel.

worst experience, rooms are not hygiene, old not maintained, reception staffs behave like customers are beggers. not recommended. stay at your own risk.

Plus points first: Located in a prime area. Good restaurant available in the same building. Front office executive was very helpful in sorting out some issues with our stay.Areas needing improvement:Condition of bed room linen and bath towel is not something to boast about.More attention is needed in the cleanliness and hygiene of bathroom. Had to bear with unpleasant odour. Hot water supply was not available.

AC not working or partially in working condition, Power issues ( About 1 hr powercut at night). Tap water was average (some bad smell).
