I was denied check in. After travelling from Indore to Bangalore and reaching property and then hotel staff is denying check in. It's horrible.

very poor experience. they will ask for ₹450 extra after reaching the hotel. They won't agree to provide proper Bill with GST at last.
The room is also of poor quality... charging points are not working, TV is also not working, No proper lights, electricity is coming and going.

Please avoid this hotel. They deny check-in even after confirmation. I was late from my flight and reached their location around 11:30 PM and at that time they asked me for Rs 500 extra. After receiving extra payment on top of my online payment, they gave me a room without AC while charging for AC room. They are unprofessional and rude.

very bad service..pillows are dirty..i stayed for 3 days and they dint even clean for once even when asked..dint provided any plate or utensils...very bad service will never reccomend or use the same property again..
