the rooms were not clean.the first room we got was very dirty and had to change to a different room. the second room was also not that good. Even after telling the lady to clean the rooms, there was no cleaning done. There was dust on the bed, washrooms were not and the toilet tank was malfunctioning. The power backup took time to started.
Overall not a pleasant stay. Not sure how they are so highly rated . The reality is totally different.
