experience was quite bad as the room provided was not properly clean and hygieneic, ac was not working fine, frequent power cut issue, taking lot of time in running the generator, asked several times to provide the towels on check in, washroom was smelling, lots of house bees in the room, don't want to book again the hotel.

Hotel is not traceable in the name of Super collection.
Washroom was badly smelling. No room service, reception service was very poor.
