the receptionist anely shankar is very irritable and annoying short tempered creates issues without reason shouts and make nueiscence to customers please remive this receptionist in order to pertain hotel quality atleast water bottle is not provided

receptionist namely shankar is a money lsundrting guy &does not provide even a basic water bottle as a part of stay and shows his arrogance on every customer. he talks beyobd limits which is unacceptable. he speaks very rude
