No words to tell. I have lost my trust just because of this hotel.Worst experience.This much Worst is less so I hope u all can understand my experience.please it's my humble request do not go to this hotel if u r visiting with ur family. We were so frustrated with the reception PPL as well. Don't know how to talk.Keeping the mistake from their end they we shouting at us.We had to change our room.

First of all hotel is in terrible place lot of cocroches, snakes, lizards , insects , mosquitoes and NO AC in condition and bucket is very dangerous like drainage usage bucket and mug , 2 sides drainage system smell cmng to rooms staff is very ruff behaviour not at all saying properly if we ask ac is not working he doesn’t reply properly not water no ac no tv bed is also dirty no staff service so better u have to dismatle the building and keep it in hidden place that hotel
