I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room provided was in an unacceptable condition — the washroom was dirty and had visible stains everywhere and the entire room was dirty
Additionally, the air conditioner was extremely old and did not function the entire night, making the stay very uncomfortable.
I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and basic functionality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the room conditions for future guests.
