Service was worse. The manager was greedy, rude and adamant. Even though the booking and full payment was done. The manager asked for extra payment and denied check in for 2-3 hrs. null of the amenities mentioned work. Lift was non operational. Services are pathetic. The manager will only turn down your requests, no point in requesting him anything. very poor service. Hotel don't how to behave with the customer. they denied my check -in Hotel manager informed me that the room was sold out and I have to stay at hotel then I need to pay Rs 2500. Later on the I have check -in . such a worst experience with the hotel

The hotel room i booked in Rs But the hotel in charge staff charged me extra Rs 500/- for same room and said didnt accept booking Staff assured me they have car parking facility by call but in reality had to park car side of main road without security. Staff behaviour also slightly rude policy to not refund money after booking cancel so i was bound to give extra money, as i was tired of long car journey Even after giving Rs total l, the hotel service is also very pathetic. poor service, poor hygiene, ac not working properly, food also not good and most important there was creepy feelings at night someone knock in the door and run😕 but they allowed me to check in when i pay extra amount aprox 300 to 400. Totally not good for family.

After paying full amount but hotel owner taken extra rs 300 amount by forced . We bound to pay the amount because they denied check in at 11.30 pm on booking day. We don't have any options.

Vogus hotel. very nasty bathroom & toilet. There is no arrangement for dinner. no blunket & toilter mug, geyser is not active.
