very bad experience
booked property not given to me due to no room. company arranged another property un other location. that is a very inconvenience for me. I expended lot of money in auto fare because this property is far away from city area.
This situation one month back also happened with me during Mahabaleswar trip. Same thing my booked hotels not given to me since no room a available. company given refund but ....another expensive stay arranged by some another agent.
so bad.....

unwashed bed cloth half ltr water for 3 person breakfast refused toilet light and exhaust fan light one switch exhaust fan have horrible sound sheet demanded denied this is your fault to provide the same and breakfast money you charged and my family was seeing me in surprise

thanks for this option to stay in chennai.however, 1. you need to ensure that actual contact details of property is provided to customer. 2. hotel shall be of same name at entrance as registered on your portal.both of above things were not compliant, as contact no given was of oyo customer care and they kept me on hold for around 15 minutes to provide actual contact no. actual name of hotel building is anna inn. in such case, there will be a fear in customer's mind, whether the hotel exists or n ...more

Worst experience. It was mentioned while booking breakfast is complementary but they have charged at Hotel and hotel was not good and not tidy.

The check in experience was extremely bad. We booked a classic room for three adults but they don't have any such room vacant. After a number of phone calls provided two double bed rooms and after one day provided the classic room. The question is why such embarrassing situation is to be faced with family once I book room Very unprofessional.Bed linens were also not clean, however, they argued on that and reluctant to agree. No wi fi signal in rooms.Better to look for other options.
