The girl at reception first refused my Booking by saying this is not a booking id. Then later on she refused to give me wifi by saying that it is only for hotel staff, then after insisting alot that wifi is available in ammeneties. Anyhow she gave me password but that was also wrong. After every attemt it was saying incorrect password. After multiple attempts i said to her that it is a wrong password but she was ready to give me correct password. Finally i asked her call your manager. I am the ...more

This is main enterance of Hotel
7 days back my friend has come to me and he falls in this chamber dur to that ...a cut of 17-18 inch on his leg ... I also discuss with hotelier for the same but when i viaited next time, the situation was same as last time ...No change ...

The hotel is good and located in the market area of rajnandgaon, The hotel couple is friendly and valid I'd required a photograph taken at the time of check-in. Clean room in average price

The rooms are small but clean and hygienic. For this price it is good. The staff can do better communication with customers, found them rude.
