Good place for our friend group vacation. Staff was accommodating to our needs. Rooms were tidy and everyone felt comfortable here.

it was good, didnt got early checkin initially but later when then thought we waited for 3 hrs then we got check in, no to bad no to clean room but whenever asked for cleaning they did it. so it was okay, the room size was okay , can easily stay there

Worst stay of my life. Uave been travelling from last 13 years and this is the worst hotel i stayed in. Pathetic Hotel, Pathetic cleaniness and 1 rude boy in the staff who doesn't know how to speak to anyone. Hotel owner has given the hotel to 3 boys for managing out of which 1 is quite arrogant There were insects in the room, on the bed, on the table, staff refused to get the washroom clean, no tower was provided, washroom was extremely small. Very horrible stay, no lift in the property while it is mentioned there in amenities. No room service and no telephone in the room. Each time you have to go down to the reception for anything. Do not provide water bottles so you have to go outside and purchase it. Staff is not supportive and behaviour is very rude. No mobile network in the room so for making a call you have to go outside. Above all you can't cancel the hotel as booking is non refundable. Most pathetic experience with hotel .

GREAT HOTEL FOR COUPLES SEEKING COMFORT TOGETHER. THE ROOM WAS PRIVATE AND QUIET WHICH HELPED US RELAX. STAFF WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT OUR VISIT.
