pathetic! staff is rude... room is dirty and damp.. staff said there is no electricity to run A.C you have to stay in fan ... water is stinking..

not impressive. In chilling cold geyser was not working neither their beds were comfortable either. the room was of triangular shape.

It was an extremely disappointing visit. The staff was rude and unsupportive. They offered us their staff room saying that the rooms are not vacant and they have 30 rooms and they already have 36 bookings.
They told us to take the room or leave. The room they had had broken AC at 3rd floor, staff room.

During checkin the hotel staff provided a temporary room for 28 hours saying, "there is no room available currently and will shift you next day". After that they had shifted us to a very small room. Not as expected.

gives you a good privacy. but the room is completely different. wall is torn out. holes on bedsheet. no blanket. when I ask for blanket. they gave bedsheet. so conjusted room.
