pathetic
they don't clean any rooms, all rooms will be dirty
toilet is tiny and the pot seat is for a kid, so you won't be able to sit properly
staff is bad
they don't give water
AC is controlled from outside and they will switch it off whenever they feel like
don't book it

the worst hotel i have ever seen in my whole tour ... return our money immediately otherwise i will complain consumer forum...

The hotel had a few polite staff but not all. and hot 🔥 water only runs in the morning 6 to 9. we reached at 12 noon and general check in time is afternoon. The hotel staff provided one bucket of hot water after too much request. they don't have a geyser in the bathroom.
Maybe it is my personal choice, I do not like soft mattresses, for us It was uncomfortable. If you sit on bed will compress significantly. they have a great location if they just renovate and improve a few things then it will give a good experience.

Unethical Behavior by Reception StaffReview:I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist forcefully grabbed my mobile phone without my consent.This behavior was not only unethical but also a clear violation of my privacy. When I requested my phone back, I noticed the unauthorized booking.I strongly advise others to be cautious while staying here, as this kind of conduct raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the staff.

Overall experience was very bad no amenities was provide at the hotel as mentioned and no resolution was given by Goibibo and hotel. Such a pathetic service original picture are attached for ready reference
