1. Staff of the Hotel was improfessional & rude2. Linen and Towel provided was not clean3. They are marking Hotel as occupied so that they can ask the existing people for higher tariff if the customer wants to extend the booking4. There is no complementary breakfast provided even we book as breakfast included5. Pathetic & Worst Experience

Outside food is not allowed. They will charge 200 rs per outside order which is ridiculous. They also charged me extra 500 for the bedsheet as it was a bit dirty.

Prompt room service. Spacious and clean room. Bathroom was also sufficiently clean. Early check-in facilitated. Overall good experience

hotel is good. rooms are nice but full of smoking pollution everywhere even in common areas. they mostly don't accept hotel booked and deny to customer to give room. even when I was about to extend my stay I was told by receptionist that they won't give me room if i book.else hotel is good. freshness is required like room spray and cross ventilation is suggested.
