Room was not much hygienic.The bathroom accessories was not working properly.The view from the room is insane.

in the night they will close the gate and front door . which they didn't told at time of check-in.
Room is good but need renovation.. and AC is not cooling that much.. even in 16°c it was normal cooling.. the best thing is the view you get from 19th floor room..

The rooms could use a bit of renovation. But the view is beautiful and so is the behaviour of the staff. Would always prefer this hotel for my stay.

this hotel I think is not safe for staying and it is a very old property with limited facilities,Moreover I was charged for complimentary breakfast,but upon reaching the property,they told no breakfast at all.In my life time,I stayed at plenty of hotels,but the experience here was horrible.

I booked their room paid the whole amount and when I reached the hotel for check in , they were asking for more money to check-in. It was a Sunday and they were getting many customers and the cunning management decided to deny check in for customers like me for some extra bucks and were behaving like they don't know anything about it.Before booking at this property be ready to pay more at reception else your valuable time will be wasted.

Worst experience with this stay. First of all they demanded an extra amount for check in. In the room the heater heater was not working.Bath room hand flush is not working.. room was not cleaned properly.. when we informed this to the reception.. staff behaviour was not good. they can't do anything you have to adjust that was their reply. worst stay . not valued for the money
