The worst experience ever. We checked in early morning, the guy who is sitting there provided us a room which is single occupancy but we paid for triple occupancy and the room is very dirty, unchanged bedsheets, alot of big mosquitoes and smelly toilets. We asked for to change the room, he was saying no other rooms available, but we said that we payed for 2 days and u saying now. He was like u stay or dnt stay but i dnt hav any other options we are a family with 1yr old standing outside the hotel at midnight 3am. He didn’t even care also. I want full refund for this booking.

booking deluxe but not a deluxe room, AC not working proper ,AC ,TV, remote not in room, Telephone not in room for service ,Bad sheet and room very bad not comfortable, no any service in room.
Don't book a hotel based on its rating and room photos.its very different

stay was good with family and maintaining clean....provide geyser facility and arrange something for mosquitoes...apartment from all are good.
