total 8 rooms were there in our family's smelling in all bathrooms and some flush was not operating, somewhere ac was not operating, tv not functioning. food not available, tea was not available, staff did not come for water with more than 2 hours after many time of callings..

overall the property is good but badly managed. the part is i got a very resonable deal. only because of that 3 rating or else it could be a 1 rating as when i arrived the room was stinking. dirty pillow covers and to my surprise on a double bed there were two single bedsheets placed horribly. i asked the housekeeping staff and he informed double bed sheets are over so they placed two single bedsheets that way. hilarious! seemed the property was under maintance as most things were not tidy and n ...more

I booked hotel for one day stay with breakfast. But hotel not provided breakfast when i asked about breakfast they told that our restaurant is under maintenance then they arranged one allo partha and one cup tea and charges 170 rs from me. I request oyo to refund my breakfast charges immediately and instruct hotel for do not charge for breakfast when complimentary breakfast is includes
